Usability Testing
Objective: To conduct usability testing for HP's new laptop stand and contribute insights for product improvement.
Participants: 10 participants were recruited for the study within the established target market.
Methods: 10 in-person usability test sessions were conducted. The data was then collected and analyzed.
Results: A report was created and presented to the client, providing insights on product development opportunities.

Designed a structured note taking sheet to capture key observations, user behaviors, and usability issues during testing sessions.
